A little boring but very important

So please read the terms and conditions (“the Terms”) carefully before signing up to any activities or services sold by Tamara Klien. Introduction

All classes, events and workshops are supplied by Fiona Heffernan, subject to the following express terms.

In these Terms “I” means Fiona Heffernan. And ‘you’/’your’/’yours’ mean you, the direct client.

The cost of each group class/event/workshop/private session will be shown clearly on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and submitted payment correctly.

You may cancel your booking, without charge, up to 12 hours before the start of the session that you have booked. If you book into a session within 12 hours of it’s scheduled start time, there is no entitlement to cancel other than in accordance with the next paragraph.

If you fail to cancel within the cancellation period stipulated above, do not turn up or arrive late for a booked class/event/workshop/private session, you will be charged the full price.

I operate under a policy which prevents you from taking part in the any classes/events/workshops and group sessions if you are late. This policy is in place to be mindful of other participants. If you fail to show for a booked class/event/workshop in accordance with the above, the “late cancellation” policy will come into effect.

In the case that you have booked a private session you late arrival will mean the time being deducted from the length of your session.
